Late February early March has been an eventful time. Livefx was asked to produce a proximity FX show in a carpark set to music for ECC in Mt Eden. It involved large flame systems including G flames, Sunshine’s, and Flamaniacs. We did programmed proximity pryo with the Fire 1 firing system, and Co2 Jets all set to 1 minute music clips.

Great feedback from the client and the spectators.

 

Livefx provided the local pyro and FX support to the Eminem concert in Wellington which was a huge hit and a fantastic show to work on.

 

Also Confetti Cannons was provided to the Rufus du Sol concert at the Trusts arena in West Auckland.

 

Livefx also assisted the touring FX crew for the Slayer Concert in Auckland, while the Auckland concert was a success the Christchurch was cancelled due to the horrific attack in Christchurch by a deranged gunman. 

 

Livefx completely agrees with V-Bases decision to cancel the concert in the light of the disaster the occurred. Our deepest sympathies go out to those directly affected by the attack in Christchurch, and to the whole of NZ who are mourning with them.
